The Roland TD-17 Shellset PRO includes premium E-Drum pads: two PDX-100 10" tom/snare drum pads, two PDX-8 10" tom pads, and a KD-10 kick drum pad. The PDX-100 provides an authentic playing feel with a stable rubber-coated rim for precise rimshots. The PDX-8 pads are versatile and quiet, while the KD-10 kick drum pad is compact and portable, yet offers a realistic bass drum head feel. The Roland PDX-100 E-Drum pad is a versatile dual-zone pad with a 10" diameter, usable as a snare, tom, or FX pad. Thanks to its excellent positional sensing, it accurately captures different strike positions between the edge and the center and transmits them to the module. The two-ply Roland mesh head provides an authentic playing feel, comparable to a traditional drumhead. Despite its player-friendly size, the pad produces minimal inherent noise, supported by the rim noise rubber on the steel rim.

The pad is ideal for individual playing styles and allows for intricate patterns. It can be integrated into existing acoustic drum kits as a side snare, tom, or FX pad. The universal mount fits various tom holders in Pearl or Tama style.
