Shipping Costs & Payment Options

Except for the German shipping details, the following applies:

→ Surcharges for remote areas or weights/volume weights over 5kg are possible
→ For shipments to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g., customs duties) will be incurred as part of your order, which are not paid through us or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities. Please contact these authorities for details.  

Payment methods:

In Germany, the following payment methods are possible: Prepayment, Paypal, Sofort (Direct Bank Transfer), Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash on Delivery (100€ to 2000€), Amazon Pay.
In all other countries, the following payment methods are possible: Amazon Pay, Prepayment, Paypal, Credit Card, and Debit Card.
In the Netherlands, the payment method iDEAL is also available.

Information on delivery times:

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 1-2 days, and for international deliveries within 3-10 days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).

We ship with UPS. As soon as the goods leave our warehouse, you will receive an information email from the UPS tracking service with a link to track the status of your shipment.
