Shipping Costs & Payment Options

For shipping outside of Germany only:

→ There may be an extra charge for remote areas (extended area surcharge) or package weight above 5kg (11lb).
→ When delivering to Non-EU countries there may be extra charges like import duties, sales tax or other duties and taxes that are specific to your country. We are not invoicing those charges since they are to be paid directly to the appropriate office. For more information please refer to your local tax and customs office.

Payment methods:

In Germany, the following payment methods are possible: SEPA bank transfer, Paypal, Sofortüberweisung, Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash on Delivery (100€ to 2000€),Amazon Pay, Klarna Invoice Purchase and Santander Payment by Instalments (from 99€).
In all other countries the following payment methods are possible: AmazonPay, SEPA bank transfer, Paypal, credit card and debit card.
In the Netherlands there is also the payment method Ideal.

Information on delivery times:

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany within 1-2 days, for foreign deliveries within 3-10 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction).

We ship with UPS. As soon as the goods leave our house, you will receive an information mail from the UPS tracking service with a link that allows you to track the status of your shipment.
