Withdrawal right for digital goods

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity.)

Withdrawal Instruction

§ 1 Statutory Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered uniformly;
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item, provided you have ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided you ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;

You may use the attached model withdrawal form at the end of this instruction, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Reasons for Termination

The right of withdrawal expires for contracts concerning the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (download products) once the entrepreneur has begun performing the contract after the consumer

1. has expressly consented to the entrepreneur beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and
2. has acknowledged that by giving consent, he/she loses the right of withdrawal once the contract performance has begun.
