Roland’s innovative rack and floor plates prevent noise, impact, and vibrations from spreading through the floor into other rooms. In addition to the rack’s semi-rounded rubber feet, which work similarly to Roland’s NE-1 Noise Eaters by dampening pad playing noise, the NEQ-K and NEQ-H pedal bases also feature special rubber feet. These reduce the vibrations caused by pedal strokes. The floor plates are purpose-built for the V-Drums Quiet Design series and are based on the design of the popular NE-10 Noise Eater.
