drum-tec offers different sets of pro 3 drums with high-end E-Drum modules. You can choose between pro 3 sets with Roland TD-50X or TD-27, Pearl Mimic Pro or a Gewa G9 module. Each drum kit module bundle is available featuring four different shell sets ranging from the compact Cocktail Set, 1-Up-2-Down and classic 5-Piece Kit to the Grand E-Drum Kit with 2 High-Toms and 2 Floor-Toms.
In this configuration we present the pro 3 with the Pearl Mimic Pro as a 1Up-2Down version with one high tom pad and two floor tom pads. The pro 3 bass drum and the pro 3 snare complete the drum set. This drum kit module bundle comes with an ATV cymbal pad set consisting of hi-hat, ride cymbal and a crash cymbal pad.

The drum-tec pro 3 snare drum provides an unprecedented precise reproduction of your playing style. A total of seven sensors transmit your impulses to the module.
At the epicenter of this e-drum pad, right below the center of the 3-layer mesh head, three triggers detect even the finest nuances. Trigonally arranged, they result in a larger and dynamically more homogeneous head center area than all previous trigger systems in drum-tec snare drums. A big advantage: the arrangement of the triggers completely eliminates the occurrence of a hotspot. Your drumming gets a wider range and you have more freedom on the playing surface.
Three additional head triggers are positioned around the edges of the shell. They are mounted on a separate ring isolated from the shell. The floating suspension of the triggers allows to detect the position independently from the drumhead tension. This allows you to tighten your Mesh Head individually and with the best rebound for you, leaving the sensitivity of the triggers at an optimum.
A system of struts and a center-mounted rim trigger ensure perfect detection of the rim parts of your performance.
Exclusive to the pro 3 snare: an additional switch, mounted on the outside, which lowers the output voltage of the head signal if necessary. This is especially useful for modules that require a high rim detection for a natural reproduction of your playing.
The drum-tec pro 3 series tom pads feature a new system composed of three head triggers and one rim trigger. The head triggers are mounted around a specially dimensioned damping cushion in the center of the shell. A key advantage: the arrangement and configuration of the three triggers completely eliminates the occurrence of a hotspot. Your drumming gets a wider range and you have more flexibility on the playing surface.
The triggers give you precise sensing regardless of the drumhead tension. You can tighten your mesh heads individually and with the best rebound for you, the sensitivity of the triggers, and thus the velocity, remains at an optimum.
A system of struts and a rim trigger installed in the center below the cushion perfectly ensure the detection of the rim parts of your performance on the tom pads.
The pro 3's bass drum features a newly arranged and precisely aligned single trigger system. This fine-tuning means that the beats from both the right and left beaters are always detected equally with the same sensitivity while playing with a double pedal.

The shells of the pro 3 series are coated with white drum-tec real feel mesh heads on the drumhead side. They provide a unique rebound, very low inherent noise and a long service life. A drum-tec design head is used on the bass drum, which achieves the best trigger result with the built-in single trigger system.
The high-end module Pearl Mimic Pro offers premium acoustic drum samples with over 60 drum kits, recorded at the best recording studios in the world. In addition to the dry tone of each sample, you have the option to overlay the real room sound from these studios at your convenience. The dynamic response of the trigger presets can be customized to suit your playing style. This result in drum sounds reproduced as natural as possible.
The large touch display and a single rotary control make it easy to navigate through the modules linear structure. The display responds very precisely to your touch. This allows quick access to all functions and is a major benefit, especially in live operation on stage, but also in the studio and for home recording.
The Mimic Pro's sensor technology can be configured precisely enough to detect even the lightest touch. Using the 24-bit sample depth of theSteve Slate drum library, the module reproduces your strokes in a wide dynamic range. The sound library is continuously expanded with high-quality samples. In combination with the drum-tec pro 3 snare drum in this set, the module offers excellent positional sensing and generates the finest sound details.
With its 6 integrated line outs and in combination with a DB-25 multicore, you have the possibility not only to send the individual instruments as direct outs to an FOH mixing console or your DAW, but also to deliver the original overheads and room components of the samples as separate channels and thus perfectly tailor your desired drum sound.
16 trigger inputs, most of them splitable, give you all possibilities to expand your set with many individual tom, cymbal, percussion and FX pads.
Via an SD slot and the USB port you can insert your own samples and mix them as layers under the existing sounds. A metronome supports your timing.

With the artist series ATV defines the upper class of its e-cymbals. The size of the hi-hat, crash, ride cymbals corresponds to acoustic cymbals. This characteristic helps you maximize your playing technique. The artist cymbals can be played and choked 360° on the entire playing surface. Their velocity is stunningly authentic.
The haptic feel of the stroke and rebound is very close to that of acoustic cymbals. Bell and bow respond directly when played with the tip of the stick, while the stroke of the cymbal's rim makes the cymbal dive away smoothly. That's a result of the sturdy silicone rubber surface, which provides pure authenticity, especially at the edge of the cymbals, as well as the redesigned pivot point, which allows for completely free swinging in all directions.
The 3-zone cymbals deliver dynamic and very high-resolution signals of your performance on Cup, Bow and Edge to the module.
A sensor in the lower part of the hi-hat detects the exact distance between bottom and top cymbal. Based on this level of opening, the module can generate the sound in finest nuances between "closed" and "open".

ATV offers splash, crash and ride cymbal pads in the aDrums Artist series in sizes ranging from 10" to 12", 14", 16" and 18". Hi-hats in 12" and 14", the 17" China cymbal and an FX cymbal in 17" round off the well designed cymbal family.
