The drum-tec pro 3 snare drum provides an unrivaled precise reproduction of your playing style. A total of seven sensors transmit your impulses to the module.
In the epicenter of this E-Drum pad, under the middle of the 3-layer mesh head, three triggers detect even the finest nuances. Arranged trigonally, this results in a larger and dynamically more even head center area than all previous trigger systems in drum-tec snare drums.
A big advantage: the configuration of the triggers completely eliminates the appearance of a hotspot. Your drumming is getting a wider range and you have more freedom on the drum pads surface.
Three more head triggers are placed in the rim area of the shell. They are mounted on a separate hoop, isolated from the shell. The floating suspension of the triggers provides positional sensing that is independent of the drumheads tension. You can tighten your mesh head individually with the best rebound for you, still the trigger sensitivity remains at its best.
A system of struts and a centered rim trigger ensure perfect detection of the rim parts of your performance.
Exclusive on the pro 3 Snare: an additional switch, mounted on the outside, which lowers the output voltage of the head signal if necessary. This is advantageous for E-Drum modules that require a high level of rim detection for the natural reproduction of your sound.

drum-tec real feel Mesh Heads
The shells of the pro 3 series are covered with white drum-tec real feel mesh heads on the striking side. Their convincing features include a unique rebound, very low intrinsic noise and a long service life.

Absolute Oberklasse
Ich hätte mir diese Snare schon viel eher zulegen sollen. Schöne Dynamik, keine Hotspots und super Spielgefühl, um nur ein paar Stichpunkte zu nennen. Es gibt zur Zeit nichts besseres, außer evtl. die digitalen Snsres. Ich betreibe die Snare an einem Edrumin 10 mit SP3. Danke drum-tec!

Absloute Kaufempfehlung
Der Umstieg von der Pro auf die Pro 3, war ein kleiner Quantensprung..... Die Pro 3 spielt sich absolut super, kein "hotspot" mehr, extrem gute Triggereigenschaften und wie immer in Top Drum-Tec Qualität....

Habe mir die in 14x7 gegönnt. Die Pro Snare war schon gut aber diese ist Weltklasse. Spielt sich wie eine Natur Snare. Da habt ihr echt gute Arbeit geleistet. Absolut Kaufempfehlung. drum-tec weiter so. Bin seid 11 Jahren Kunde bei drum-tec immer alles bestens gewesen. Leute macht weiter so.

Fühlt sich sehr gut an !
Tip Top ! Nach langem hin und her bin ich nun stolzer Besitzer dieser Pro 3 Version. Da ich schon seit mehr als 7 Jahren Erfahrung im EDrumming kann ich mit Gewissheit sagen : Wunderbare Ausführung! Eine Snare sieht endlich mal gut aus und spielt sich auch so. Ich bin kein Ian Paice, brauche aber diese Wohlfül Gefühl beim Spielen, das mir diese Snare vermittelt. Ansprchverhalten, Triggerpunkte, leises spielen, Dynamik allg. kann ich nicht meckern. Kann sie ehrlich empfehlen ! ABER: Es ist keine analog Snare! Das merkt man - aber auch beim Flagschiff von Roland - keine analog Snare Punkt. Jetzt zum Bereich des "das würde ich mir wünschen" Thema. Und zwar wäre es gut mehr Vorgaben zu bekommen, wie ich die Snare am Drum Modul konfiguriere, bzw. einstelle. Am TD-17 - alles ok. Aber z.B. am TD-27 von Roland gibt es sooo viel mehr Möglichkeiten, und da wäre ein wenig mehr Doku wünschenswert. ---- Drum_tec ... Alles richtig gemacht. Chapeau !

… das Teil ist der Hammer , ich habe sie in Weiß und 14x7 gekauft - hatte bis jetzt Roland 125 Snare und es geht tatsächlich noch besser…Super Qualität und absolute Kaufempfehlung …

Pro 3 Snare, ein Hammer
Habe mir die pro 3 Snare in 14" x 7" gegönnt. Habe bis jetzt mit der Vorgänger Snare pro gespielt. Nach dem Einstellen der Triggersettings auf meinem TD 30 Modul hab ich auch schon losgelegt. Ich war erstaunt das es noch besser geht als mit der alten pro Snare, man kann noch dynamischer und exater spielen. Und die Optik sehr schön, in Piano White. Nicht billig aber sie ist es wert. Jetzt bin ich am überlegen ob ich mir das ganze Shell Set pro 3 gönne.

I fell in love with my Pearl Mimic again!
The title says it all. I had a DIY Snare that was ok and blamed the module for the mistriggers. I decided to purchase this snare drum to give it a try. I've read so many great reviews about this company. If the module "kept mistriggering", I was going to sell it and get a TD50 or maybe another one, but when I plugged it in, I made some minor adjustments and was blown away! This is the REAL DEAL HERE! This will trigger absolutely EVERYTHING! It wasn't the module's fault! This snare is a real beauty. Very robust, amazing finish and best of all, the triggering is AMAZING! You should seriously consider getting one of these if you're going to play live.

Amazing snare
Note: I am using a Pearl Mimic Pro This snare meets all of the high expectations I had based on what I read here and elsewhere online. Once I actually had it in my hands, the hype was tangible. It picks up everything. I can't imagine that there is something better out there. Well worth your money. It also looks beautiful and it arrived to me in California from Germany in less than 3 days. I didn't even know that was possible.

Beste E-Drum Snare
Bin nun von einer DDT MS-140 E-Drum Snare zur Drum-Tec Pro Snare gewechselt. Ich wollte mir was gönnen und kann guten Gewissens die Drum-Tec Pro Snare empfehlen. Das Spielgefühl ist sehr nah an einer akustischen Snare, die Verarbeitung ist top und auch die Optik ist schlicht aber schick! Da die Snare ein sehr wichtiges und sensibeles Instrument am Drums darstellt, sollte man sich zweimal überlegen ob man hier spart!
Von mir alle Daumen nach oben!

Klare Kaufempfehlung - konkurrenzlos
Triggereigenschaften (verwende Roland TD30) sind top und die Optik spricht sowieso für sich selbst. Habe die Snare seit fast 6 Jahren im Einsatz. Gestern zum ersten Mal das Schlagfell gewechselt - ich spiele pro Woche ca. 6 Stunden. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Atemberaubend!
Mittlerweile stolzer Besitzer eines Jam-Sets aus dem Hause Drum drum-tec war mir beim Anspielen vor Ort die Original-Snare des Jam mit 10 Zoll ein bisschen zu klein, obwohl das Triggern schon sehr, sehr gut war. Ich habe dann den "Fehler" gemacht und die Pro-Snare gegengetestet und war völlig von den Socken. 14 Zoll meine Damen und Herren! Bespielbarkeit in Kombination mit einem TD25-Modul allererste Sahne, genial verarbeitet und an Perfektion grenzende Triggereigenschaften. Ich habe dann ungefähr eineinhalb Sekunden mit mir gerungen und die Snare gekauft, was ich trotz des Preises noch keine Sekunde bereut habe.
Die Pro-Snare vereint Bespielbarkeit, Optik und Haptik zu einem Meisterstück!

Super Spielgefühl und top Verarbeitung
Noch viel besser als erwartet. Hatte zuvor eine normale akustische Snare mit 2Box Trigger, aber die drum-tec an einem TD-30 Modul ist um Welten besser, v.a. mit den Real Feel Heads.

Schöne Optik und gut Verarbeitet.
Das Spielgefühl ist absolut nahe an einer Akustik Snare. Das Triggersystem spricht sehr genau an und in Verbindung mit dem TD 30 Modul ein Traum.

genial, übertrifft alle Erwartungen
hatte vorher Snare PDX-100 von Roland, dieses ist viel besser vom Spielgefühlt her, reagiert noch genauer, mesh sind minim (wirklich minim) lauter dafür fast kein Unterschied mehr zu einem akustischen Drum. Bin begeistert sehr empfehlenswert auch von der Beratung her! Weiter so liebes drum tec Team, herzlichen Dank!

This Snare is Excellent !! I have Roland V-Drums TD-30. I coneccted it. This Snare is real size 14" x 5,5". So it is very comfortable for practice and live.
