New: Roland V-Drums 3 & 5 series unveiled

Roland has unveiled the V-Drums 3 Series and V-Drums 5 Series, expanding its lineup with two new product lines that combine cutting-edge technology with flexible features for different types of drummers. Both series use the current Roland sound engine, also featured in the flagship module of the 7 Series, offering dynamic response, detailed sound reproduction, and a natural playing feel.

The V-Drums 3 Series includes compact kits for beginners and ambitious drummers, including the TD-313, TD-316, and the VAD-316 with an acoustic-inspired design. These models combine space-saving construction with high-quality multi-sample sounds, Bluetooth audio/MIDI, and USB multi-channel recording – ideal for home, studio, and rehearsal settings.

The V-Drums 5 Series targets more advanced players seeking greater dynamic range, expanded connectivity, and finer sound control. The series includes three kits: the TD-513, TD-516, and the VAD-516 with an acoustic-inspired look. All models feature precise trigger detection, realistic pad resonance, and the ability to access additional sounds and presets via the Roland Cloud.

With these new releases, Roland continues its line of innovation, offering versatile E-drum solutions with the V-Drums 3 and 5 Series – from compact setups to expressive hybrid configurations.
