To purchase a DWe set at drum-tec, the following steps are required:
Contact drum-tec
First, you contact drum-tec to express your interest in purchasing a DWe set. As the only German shop that has the DWe set ready for testing in the showroom, we are your point of contact and sales agency for all important information and advice on which set is right for you. Roland Europe is the distributor for all DWe products and has decided to distribute this high-quality product only through a few select sales outlets across Europe. We are one of these official DWe agencies.
This means: You can only order a DWe set in Europe through us as an agency, and we will guide you from the first consultation to the final contract handover to Roland. Of course, we are also available for all technical questions afterwards.
Receiving the forms
After you contact us, we will send you the necessary order forms. These include the consent form, in which you agree that drum-tec may forward your personal data to Roland, as well as the European price list with the current conditions for all DWe products.
Filling out and returning the forms
You fill out and sign the consent form. Then you fill out the order form, which contains all the information relevant to the purchase. You send these forms back to drum-tec.
Forwarding the information to Roland
Once drum-tec has received your completed forms, this information will be forwarded to Roland. Roland will then contact you directly to discuss further details of the purchase, including payment terms and the delivery date.
Payment and shipping
The payment of the purchase amount is made directly to Roland according to the agreed terms. After the payment is received, the DWe set will be shipped directly from Roland's European central warehouse to your home.

Does drum-tec have DWe sets in stock?
No, we do not have the DWe set in stock for shipping. However, it is on display in our showroom in Hessisch Oldendorf and can be tested there.
Who handles the shipping of the DWe set?
The set is shipped directly by Roland from the European Roland central warehouse.

Roland ships the DWe product with Dachser from its logistics center in Belgium. The customer receives a tracking number after the shipment has left the warehouse so that he can check the status of the shipment himself.
