Alesis ARC Active Hi-Hat 14

Alesis ARC Active Hi-Hat 14" – 3-zone e-hi-hat for Alesis Strata sound modules

• 14" electronic active hi-hat from the Alesis ARC series
• Three playing zones for edge, bow and bell
• Magnetic controller for detecting hi-hat movement
• 360-degree playability across the entire playing surface
• Mounts on a standard hi-hat stand

The Alesis ARC Active Hi-Hat 14" is a 3-zone electronic hi-hat for Alesis Strata e-drum systems. Unlike a basic cymbal and controller combination, it uses a magnetic active hi-hat controller to detect movement and pedal position. This allows different degrees of hi-hat opening to be reproduced by the Strata sound module.

Compatibility and requirements

• Compatible exclusively with Alesis Strata sound modules.
• Not compatible with older Alesis module series such as Strike, DM10, Crimson, Command or Nitro.
• A suitable standard hi-hat stand is required.
• The magnetic active controller mounts underneath the cymbal on the hi-hat stand.
• After installation, the hi-hat is calibrated via the connected Strata sound module.
